Important message - Taskforce Conclusion

With thanks to the members, knowledge partners and community of practice, the Taskforce and its work was drawn to a conclusion and its final recommendations were released in August 2023 at the 'Amazon Summit' in Brazil. Its inputs and community of practice continue to be active and NatureFinance is engaged and advancing and shaping these critical discussions and research.

Green Digital Finance Alliance

The Green Digital Finance Alliance (GDFA) was launched in 2017 in Davos co-founded by the UN Environment Program and the Ant Group. The vision of the GDFA is to make every citizen a green asset owner. This by catalysing market innovation and policy action for digital technology to scale green finance especially in ways that opens the door to make every citizen on the planet a green asset owner. We engage in research and market demonstration projects to show what is possible and to use empirical data harvested from the market demonstration to inform policy dialogue. GDFA is a not for profit and a go to platform for experimentation to scale green digital finance innovations that are citizen-focused and to access expertise, network and thought leadership.
